Is the codebase functional and well-structured?
How effectively does the project utilize Arbitrum's Layer-2 technology?
Are the smart contracts secure and efficient?
Is the project fully operational or close to being deployable?
Is the project intuitive and user-friendly?
Does it offer a seamless experience for users interacting with the dApp?
How visually appealing and polished is the design?
Does the project have a clear and compelling use case?
How impactful is the project in solving a specific problem or enhancing the Web3 ecosystem?
Can it scale to reach a broader audience?
Was the project presented clearly and concisely?
Did the team effectively communicate the vision, functionality, and potential of their project?
Was the pitch engaging and well-structured?
