Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for Fizen’s financial and crypto-related products.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous product usage and retention.
- Expand Fizen’s user base through partnerships, communities, and strategic collaborations.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, supporting clients throughout their lifecycle and addressing business needs proactively.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and BD initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
Requirements
- Develop and expand business within English, Chinese, Korean, and Russian-speaking markets through communities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
- In-depth knowledge of Crypto, Blockchain, Fintech, Trading, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Community Management, or as a Business Partner / Investor / Leader within crypto exchanges or Web3 projects is highly preferred.
- Strong personal network with access to existing communities, clients, partners, or teams.
- Passionate about Blockchain, Crypto, and Trading, with a clear interest in long-term career development in the industry.
- Good English communication (or good reading and writing skills). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.
- Professional mindset: proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and effective at building and expanding networks.
- 2-4 years of experience in BD, exchange BD, BD trading, token listing, partnerships, or related roles.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and counterparties simultaneously.
