Growth Marketing / Business Development Manager JD

1. Drive user acquisition, product usage, growth marketing, affiliate marketing, partner relations, and/or growth marketing
2. Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs for onchain crypto.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions
4. Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience
5. Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities
6. Fluency in either English or Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Vietnamese would be an advantage.
7. Ideally an active onchain/prediction markets/perpetual futures user/trader with extensive knowledge of sophisticated products on either one or all of the mentioned fields. 
8. Translate technical concepts into clear narratives, messaging, and customer-facing marketing that resonates with developers and ecosystem partners
9. Partner with product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal, and compliance to define and deliver strategic growth initiatives
10. Serve as a strategic advisor to product and engineering teams, helping inform roadmaps and product improvements based on developer feedback, ecosystem insights, and market dynamics
11. Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by user insights, testing, and a deep understanding of the target audience
12. Craft marketing plans and creative direction that drive relevance, adoption, and sustained engagement across o1.exchange crypto onchain ecosystem
13. Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with product and data science teams, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements
14. Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver
