Job Description

After listening to and analyzing our clients' business challenges, we will propose optimal solutions utilizing Salesforce. We will be responsible for everything from requirements definition to design and implementation, and after implementation, we will support our clients' operations through training programs and follow-up. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your technical knowledge to develop our own in-house tools.

Eligibility

Required Requirements

• Salesforce operation, design or development experience
• Possess the Japanese communication skills required for work (JLPT: N2 or above)

Welcome Skills and Experience

• Core system construction and operation project management experience
• Experience implementing marketing automation tools and email marketing tools
• Operational consulting and project management experience
• Practical experience in directing website construction and operation
• Experience in supporting PM and PMO for large-scale projects
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Pardot
