UI/UX Designer

Project Overview

We are building the first version of a job board platform.

Phase 1 is where we manually post job opportunities.

At this stage:

• Users can create and manage resume style profiles

• Users can browse and apply to jobs

• We manage job postings internally

• No recruiter dashboard yet

The platform must be designed in a way that allows future expansion into a full two sided marketplace with recruiter accounts and advanced dashboards.

Scope of Work

Design the UX and UI for:

Candidate Side

• Sign up and onboarding flow

• Resume style profile builder

• Editable profile sections

• Public or semi public profile view

• Job browsing page

• Job details page

• Application flow

• Basic user dashboard

Admin Perspective (Light Design)

• Simple job posting structure

• Application tracking view (basic)

Create:

• User journey maps

• Wireframes

• High fidelity mockups

• Clickable prototype

• Design system for scalability

Ensure the platform feels clean, modern, and trustworthy.

The UX must be simple, frictionless, and intuitive.

Deliverables

• Complete user flow diagrams

• Low and high fidelity wireframes

• Clickable Figma prototype

• Mobile responsive designs

• Design system / UI kit

• Developer ready Figma files

Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS or marketplace platforms

• Strong portfolio with dashboards and profile based systems

• Strong UX thinking, not just visual design

• Ability to think long term scalability

• Expert in Figma

Bonus if you have worked on job boards, recruitment platforms, or profile based systems.
