Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for the company, including listing/delisting of trading pairs, configuration of market-making parameters, depth monitoring, slippage/spread optimization, etc
• Monitor fund flows, ensure asset safety and accurate settlement, handle daily operational reconciliation and financial coordination matters
• Assist in formulating and executing risk control-related operational strategies, and work closely with product and marketing teams
• Participate in on-chain asset management, cross-chain bridge / on-chain transfer monitoring, and On-chain data analysis to support clearing, settlement, and risk management of derivatives business
• Handle operational issues raised by users, market makers, or internal teams, ensuring fast response and resolution
• Draft and optimize operational SOPs, risk control rules, and financial reconciliation processes; prepare and deliver regular daily/weekly operational reports
• Support cross-departmental and cross-border communication as well as documentation in an English-speaking environment

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in quant operations or related roles within finance, internet finance, or cryptocurrency quant industry
• Hands-on experience in the blockchain industry, familiar with major public chains (ETH, BNB Chain, Solana, etc.), wallet mechanisms, on-chain transaction confirmation, and derivatives trading rules
• Priority given to candidates with operational experience at cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi platforms, or derivatives trading platforms
• Preference for candidates with educational or professional background in finance, accounting, or related fields; familiar with fund reconciliation, balance sheet management, and risk exposure monitoring
• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language on a daily basis
• Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good numerical sensitivity and data analysis ability
• High stress tolerance and ability to adapt to the high-volatility, 7×24-hour business rhythm of the crypto industry

Nice to Have

• Hold relevant financial or blockchain certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, Blockchain Practitioner Certificate, etc.)
• Familiar with mainstream CEX/DEX trading backend systems
• Practical experience in derivatives risk control or liquidation operations

岗位职责

• 负责公司日常运营支持，包括交易对上线/下线、做市参数配置、深度监控、滑点/价差优化等
• 监控资金流，确保资产安全与结算准确，处理日常运营对账及财务协调事宜；
• 协助制定并执行风控相关运营策略，与产品、市场团队紧密协作；
• 参与区块链链上资产管理、跨链桥/链上转账监控、On-chain 数据分析，支持衍生品业务的清算、结算与风险管理；
• 处理用户/做市商/内部反馈的运营问题，确保快速响应；
• 撰写/优化运营SOP、风控规则、财务对账流程，并定期输出运营日报/周报；
• 支持英语环境下的跨部门/跨国沟通及文档撰写。

任职要求

• 至少 2 年以上金融/互联网金融/加密货币行业运营或相关岗位经验；
• 具备区块链行业从业经验，熟悉主流公链（ETH、BNB Chain、Solana等）、钱包机制、链上交易确认、衍生品交易规则；
• 有加密货币交易所、DeFi平台、衍生品交易平台运营经验者优先；
• 财务、会计、金融相关专业背景优先，熟悉资金对账、资产负债表管理、风险敞口监控；
• 英语流利，可作为日常工作语言；
• 逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备较好的数字敏感度和数据分析能力；
• 抗压能力强，能适应加密行业高波动、7×24小时业务节奏。
