AI Implementation Project Manager (Minato-ku, Tokyo)

You will lead the implementation of solutions utilizing LLMs and Generative AI, managing the entire process from requirements definition through deployment and operations. This role combines both project management and AI solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery planning and execution
• AI solution design
• Stakeholder management
• Performance improvement and iteration cycles

Requirements

Required Experience (at least one of the following):

• 3+ years of project management experience (from requirements definition to implementation, including client negotiation)
• 2+ years of experience implementing AI or SaaS products
• 3+ years of experience proposing AI solutions to clients

Required Skills

• Business-level Japanese proficiency
• Ability to define project goals and manage schedules
• Practical experience in QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM, RAG, or Generative AI projects
• End-to-end experience from PoC to production deployment
• Engineering experience (e.g., Python)
• Customer success experience
• Technical presentation skills
